Preparing for your session
In order to receive the most out of a session, alcohol intake the day before a session must be minimized. It is also very important to get a good night’s rest, in order to feel refreshed as possible when arriving for a session.
It is strongly recommended to meditate, relax or even do light exercise before coming through for a session, whichever is most appropriate to become centered.
Caffeine or any stimulant “energy” drinks should also be minimized before a session. Do not take any calming medication as this may interfere with a session.
Bring a list of questions you want to have addressed during your session.
Bring a memory stick – I will be giving you a recording of your session afterwards.
